The police investigation agency of Thu Thua district police prosecuted the defendant and temporarily detained Nguyen Minh Hai for investigation of property theft.
According to the investigation, the incident happened on the evening of February 28, 2024, when Hai went to his nephew N.H.N.K’s house. to visit the sick.
K. took his father to Ho Chi Minh City for a medical examination, Hai left. However, Hai returned and broke into K.’s house to steal 375 million VND.
K. took his father to the doctor and found out that the house was missing property so he reported it to the police.
During the investigation, the police identified Hai as a suspect and recovered assets.
