Information from the police agency of Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province, Vietnam, has successfully cracked a gambling project in the form of lotteries, arresting 13 people.
Through investigation, authorities discovered a gambling ring in the form of lotteries led by Vu Thi Ha Phuong. The case was immediately set up to be dismantled.
After a period of investigation, on November 16, the police and related units arrested and urgently searched the residences of 13 subjects residing in Thai Hoa town and Nghia Dan district (Nghe An). .
Vietnamese detective – Authorities seized 241 million dong in cash, 40 mobile phones, 15 ATM cards, 2 packs of weed drugs. The subjects admitted to their crimes.
On average, each day the subjects used from 800 million VND to 1 billion VND to gamble, the total amount was estimated at more than 100 billion VND from the beginning of July to the time they were arrested.
