Lan Anh’s company is not granted a license to operate the service of sending workers to work abroad, and is not granted a certificate of business consulting services for studying abroad.
From May 2017 to May 2020, Lan Anh’s company consulted and collected money from 5 people with a total amount of more than 900 million VND.
