Thanh was arrested for fraud and appropriation of property and use of fake seals and documents of agencies and organizations.
From January 2016 to February 2017, Thanh used the internet to order the forgery of 4 land use right certificates in Chi Lang Ward, Pleiku City, Vietnam.
Thanh used these fake red books to mortgage loans at pawnshops for a total of 1.3 billion VND.
Vietnamese detective – After borrowing money through fraud, Thanh fled the area.
Gia Lai Province Police Investigation Agency has initiated a case and prosecuted Thanh.
The police investigated and discovered that Thanh was hiding in Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, so they arrested him.
