Bu Dop district police, Binh Phuoc province, Vietnam arrested Lai Van Nhat Truong, born in 1993.
This person was arrested to investigate the case of stabbing a motorbike taxi driver to rob property.
At around 8:00 p.m. on July 29, Truong hired a motorbike taxi from Mr. N.V.K, who lives in Ho Chi Minh City, to take him from Binh Phuoc intersection, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, to Bu Dop district.
When the car reached a deserted road, Truong used a Thai knife to stab Mr. K repeatedly in the body.
Ho Chi Minh detective agency, Mr. K. still tried to resist and shout at the people, so Truong panicked and ran away.
After 10 hours of investigation, Bu Dop District Police along with Hoang Dieu Border Gate Border Guard Station and Binh Phuoc Police Criminal Police Department arrested Lai Van Nhat Truong.
Truong admitted all the crimes. The case is being further investigated and clarified by Binh Phuoc Police.
