The police investigation agency has prosecuted Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, in Dong Da district, Hanoi, Vietnam, for murder.
According to the investigation agency, Tuan had a conflict after a traffic collision with Mr. N.V.T. in front of Giap Bat bus station, Hanoi.

Mr. T. called his wife to pick him up. 6 people including his wife, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, son, son-in-law and daughter came to settle the matter with Tuan.
Tuan attacked people in Mr. Tuan’s family. When he got in the car to leave, Tuan was held back by Mr. T.’s family.
Vietnam detective service agency, Tuan continued to attack other people in Mr. T.’s family.
After that, Tuan threw the evidence to the other side of Giai Phong street and drove away. When summoned, Tuan did not comply and fled the area.
Hoang Mai District Police, Hanoi, Vietnam has arrested the subject and temporarily detained him for investigation of intentional injury.
