Bac Giang City Police have decided to prosecute Nguyen Thanh Tam, 40 years old, in Hoang Mai, Hanoi, Vietnam.
This person was prosecuted for acts against people performing public duties.
Hanoi detective service agency – Tam is a driver who violated his alcohol concentration and opposed the authorities in Bac Giang City, Vietnam.
Tam admitted his violation. Tam was afraid of being fined for an alcohol violation, so he turned around and ran away.
At around 8:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023, Tam drove a car to take his son to his father’s house in Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province.
Tam saw the working group of the Traffic Police Team and Bac Giang City Police checking alcohol levels and signaled to stop the car to check.
Tam did not comply but drove the car and turned away, crashing into the working group’s motorbike. Tam did not get out of the car to present his documents but sat in the car.
The police made a record and arrested the offender who caught Tam in the act of resisting people on duty.
