The suspect then secretly recorded sensitive images and videos, using them to threaten and coerce victims into transferring money.
Fearing exposure of their personal information, many victims complied with the demands.
Through investigative measures, authorities identified and arrested the individual involved.
Initial findings indicate that the total amount extorted reached billions of VND.
The case is currently under further investigation for legal handling.
