On the evening of January 28, a video circulating on social media showed a man holding a microphone and a mobile phone. He stepped into the middle of the road while singing karaoke and dancing.
His actions caused traffic disruption and drew the attention of passersby in Dong Nai province, Vietnam.
According to verification by local authorities, the incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on January 28 on Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, in front of B2 apartment building in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai.
The man seen in the clip, wearing a white shirt, was reportedly under the influence of alcohol and had been singing karaoke outdoors on the sidewalk with a group of friends.
During the performance, he suddenly walked into the roadway, continuing to sing and dance while holding the microphone. His actions forced passing vehicles to slow down and change lanes to avoid him.
Authorities in Tran Bien Ward are currently verifying the man’s identity and clarifying the circumstances surrounding the incident in order to handle the matter in accordance with the law.
