According to the investigation, in the early morning of October 2, Trung and Vinh used homemade electric guns to shoot and steal 4 dogs in Lai Thieu and Thuan An wards.

While weighing the dogs for the transaction, the group was checked and caught red-handed by the police.
The seized evidence included 10 dogs, a homemade electric gun, a battery, pepper spray and a motorbike used to commit the crime.
Ho Chi Minh City Police advise people to strengthen the protection of their property and pets and report to the authorities when they detect any suspicious behavior.
