Tran Duong Ngoc Hai was arrested at the scene with two fake guns and gasoline bombs.

Hai declared that he had no job and was in debt, so he had the idea to rob a bank.
The suspect went online to find someone to rob with, in order to get money for personal expenses.
At around 3:00 p.m. on August 12, 2024, the two went to a bank in An Phu ward, Thuan An city, Vietnam. However, Hai was checked and his accomplices fled.
