Investigating the case, the police detained 11 young people led by D.V.T. This group of people are all from Thanh Hoa city, Vietnam.
The group removed their motorbike license plates, carried knives, swords, and beer bottles to Sam Son to provoke a fight with another group.
This group fought, injuring 1 person, the case is still under investigation.
